Cheaper than the casino Hotel next door, pool area was nice, hot breakfast was good, room was nice and clean, had problems with the tv, but they fixed it promptly. Great location if you are just passing through and don't want to deal with too much traffic.

We were thoroughly impressed by the immaculate, well-appointed, and spacious rooms, which offered a perfect retreat for relaxation. Each morning was a delight, thanks to the outstanding breakfast selection. The quality, variety, and thoughtful presentation elevated the experience, making it a memorable highlight of our stay. I loved my experience at this hotel! It was amazing and the service was great. Front desk workers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Shout out to Sam who was very helpful and kind. He was also very patient with the sports teams. The elevator was unfortunately not in order but that wasn’t much of an issue as I rather enjoy taking the stairs and they were very pleasant! The rooms were clean and very comfortable with all the necessities in order to enjoy your stay! The location was so convenient as there are excellent stores nearby (Starbucks, Mac Donald’s, thrift store etc…) Also, if you wish not go somewhere else for breakfast do not worry because the breakfast that is provided is amazing. Everything is fresh and hot with excellent flavour profile, aswell as great times for early risers and for those who prefer to sleep in. Overall I had a great experience at the Service plus Inn and Suites in Calgary and I very much suggest staying here.

We actually never stayed here but a bunch if relatives did. All if them Saud they were treated well, tge breakfast was good. I actually never heard a complaint.

This hotel was our last stop before heading back to Montreal after our Alaska cruise and our stay in Vancouver, Banff, and Jasper. We stayed for 2 nights and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool—it was too crowded and too small. The breakfast was good, but the dining area was very busy. I had to sit with a stranger, and the food disappeared quickly. When they restocked, you had to be fast to get some. It was a shame that you couldn’t take food out… it would have helped avoid the crowded space. The room was nice, I didn’t hear much noise, and I slept well both nights. Overall, a good stay.

Excellent accommodation! The staff are terrific, with nothing being too much trouble. Very handy to the Deerfoot Casino and public transport. Highly recommended! Thanks to all at Service Plus!

Stayed here recently and I really enjoyed staying here. Room was clean and very comfy. Bed was like sleeping on clouds. My only complaint is the damn TP. Y'all gotta change it, single ply TP is the worst!!

Friendly staff, quiet hotel. Room was a good size, beds were soft but didn’t like the smaller square pillows. Bathroom was basic but fine & clean. Liked the double blinds that made the room dark. Did not use the pool or fitness room or laundry so can not comment on those. Never had to wait for an elevator, they were quick. The Continental breakfast was okay, the room is a bit small so if you go during prime time it could be crowed & loud. Food was constantly refilled before it got empty which was great, no having to wait. Basic food items: bagels/toast/english muffins, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage and bacon, hashbrowns (did not taste good), 4 juice options and coffee & tea. Overall great hotel, will stay there again.
